By accessing or using ContractAnalyzerPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and paid subscribers.
Service Description
ContractAnalyzerPro is an AI-powered tool that analyzes contracts to identify potential red flags, explain key terms in plain English, and provide a risk assessment score. The service uses Anthropic's Claude AI to process contract text and return structured analysis including risk scoring, clause-by-clause review, and actionable recommendations. The service is provided "as is" for educational and informational purposes only.

ContractAnalyzerPro does not provide legal advice. The AI analysis is designed to help you understand contracts in plain language, but it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified attorney. No attorney-client relationship is formed by using this service. AI analysis may contain errors, miss important nuances, or misinterpret jurisdiction-specific legal requirements. Always seek professional legal counsel before signing contracts or making legal decisions based on any analysis provided.
Usage Limits and Pricing
Anonymous users receive one free contract analysis. Registered free-tier users receive up to three analyses. Paid subscribers at $9.99 per month receive unlimited analyses for the duration of their subscription. We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, and usage limits with reasonable advance notice to existing subscribers.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited activities include: uploading malicious files or malware, attempting to reverse-engineer the AI model or extract training data, using automated tools to scrape or bulk-analyze contracts beyond normal usage, and using the service for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Data Handling
Uploaded contracts are processed in memory and never stored on our servers. Contract content is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis and handled in accordance with Anthropic's data policies. See our Privacy Policy for comprehensive details on how we handle your data, what third-party services we use, and your rights regarding personal information.
Limitation of Liability
ContractAnalyzerPro and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service. This includes, without limitation, damages from decisions made based on AI-generated analysis, loss of business opportunities, or reliance on inaccurate risk assessments. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
